At THUMP we run a variety of Boxing and Kickboxing classes designed to improve the lifestyle of out participants through weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and confidence. Countless studies have shown that boxing and kickboxing classes are a great way to improve physical health and fitness whilst contributing to weight loss and overall body strength. This of course leads to less stress on the mind and body which in turn will lead to greater productivity in your daily life.
Our classes range from beginner to advanced levels and are all taught by highly qualified and experienced instructors. Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary. Our classes are held as early as 6am and as late as 8pm six days a week to give you a number of options and variety to fit with your busy life.
Most of the class is done in pairs. If you do not have a partner, the instructor will assign one to you. This is a great way to meet new people and encourage each other to work hard.
The Centre has a wide range of boxing equipment which can be used and enjoyed by all participants during the class such as skipping ropers, punching bags, speed balls, medicine balls and floor to ceiling balls.

What is Team THUMP?
Team THUMP is the support branch of THUMP. It provides the opportunity for Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors to have access to all the latest boxing for fitness combinations, training programs, and cardio routines as well as allowing them to communicate with other trainers on various topics related to health, fitness, and boxing.
Team THUMP also strives to bring together quality industry providers and suppliers to give trainers access to all the latest equipment, services, and merchandise at greatly reduced rates.
What is THUMP Training Systems?
THUMP Training Systems is the education branch of THUMP and currently offers four Fitness Australia accredited courses aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors.
Boxing for Fitness Level 1 teaches trainers all the aspects of boxing training and shows them how to adapt this style of exercise to their health and fitness sessions.
Advanced Course is an extension to the Level 1 course and covers advanced boxing combinations, punches, and cardio routines as well as introducing trainers to kickboxing for fitness.
THUMP SuperClass is a 3 hour workshop designed for trainers who have already completed the Level 1 and Advanced course and want more ideas, routines, and combinations in their sessions. It is a great way to network with other trainers and be challenged to new heights in boxing for fitness.
Knockout P.T has been specially designed for Personal Trainers wanting to give their clients the most exciting, motivating, and beneficial workout without utlising all the fancy gadgets and expensive equipment. You will be shown how to think outside the square when it comes to prescribing a unique range of exercises.
What is THUMP Boxing?
THUMP Boxing is the specific boxing for fitness class which is taught in gyms and fitness centres all over Australia and New Zealand.
Gyms are able to run THUMP Boxing classes once a certain amount of their trainers have completed both the level 1 and advanced courses and purchased a THUMP License. THUMP provides continuous support and training to gyms who are licensed THUMP Boxing providers.
