THUMP Boxing provides a series of courses incorporating the foundations of professional boxing training with the principles of general fitness training.

Through our multiple level system of development Personal Trainers and Group Exercise instructors will learn how to implement effective boxing related exercises and combinations into their sessions.

Important note: Yes, it's true - for insurance and registration requirements, all Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors must now be accredited if they wish to utilise and teach Boxing for Fitness.

Advanced – 5 CEC’s and 2 PDP’s

Pre requisite: THUMP Boxing Level 1 course.

The THUMP advanced course has been designed to take personal trainers and group exercise instructors to another level of boxing for fitness.

You will learn new ideas, combinations, routines, and advanced techniques for your boxing sessions in this dynamic workshop created by THUMP Training Systems.

You will also be introduced to kickboxing for fitness routines adding another dimension to your sessions. Basic kickboxing combinations will be taught with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention...

Level 1 & Advanced – 13 CEC’s and 5 PDP’s

To get the most out of your THUMP training and development we highly recommend participating in both the Level 1 and Advanced courses as a combined package.

These courses are run back to back over one weekend or over two consecutive Fridays (off peak) which gives you the convenience of gaining your Advanced certification quickly and effectively.

A discount is given for booking and completing both courses as a package.
